He independently released his debut album in October 2011 and his single “Safe In My Hands” was featured on ABC Family’s The Fosters In 2009, Lieb began recording covers of popular songs to YouTube from his home in Fairfield. His videos quickly began accruing a large number of views, and the positive response he received online encouraged him to release his first album, the self-titled Eli Lieb, independently on October 25, 2011.
